Six lessons on keeping the human part of service sharp while assistive tooling handles the drafting, the lookups and the queue.
Six lessons. One queue. Faster answers with the tone still yours.
Service teams were handed assistive tooling and told it would save time. What it saved first was typing, and what it cost, in a lot of teams, was the voice the customer recognised. Both of those are fixable, and the fix is mostly a matter of what the agent does before the reply goes out.
The course covers reading what the customer actually asked, drafting a reply fast and making it sound like your company, handling the complaint that has already escalated once, knowing when to stop using the tool and pick up the phone, and building the reply bank the team shares. Every exercise uses tickets from your own queue.
Service agents: working a queue that never gets shorter.
Team leaders: reviewing replies and hearing the tone drift.
Client service managers: answerable for the complaints that reach them.
