Internal training gets built the night before, delivered from slides, and reviewed with a happy sheet that tells you the coffee was good. The work changes on Monday for about a week.
This course covers finding the real need behind the training request, designing backwards from the behaviour you want on the job, building the materials that carry the session, facilitating online and in the room, keeping a group of thirty working, and following up in the weeks when the habit either sticks or does not. You leave with a designed session and a follow up plan.
