Teams come out of a demonstration impressed and then go back to their desks and carry on exactly as before. The gap is practice on real work. Nothing here is theoretical: every lesson asks you to open the actual document, email or report sitting in your inbox and do the thing on it.
The course covers the shape of a prompt that works twice, getting a usable first draft of a report, reading a long document you did not write, checking a claim before you repeat it, and keeping a record of the prompts that earned their place. Bring a laptop and the work you were going to do anyway.
