You're exploring a demo of The Training Group Academy, built with FayneDemo academyGet your own
Nine lessons that take a team from scattered private experiments to a written, repeatable way of working that a manager can hand to somebody new.
Nine lessons. One department. A written way of working that survives the people who wrote it.
Most organisations already have AI in the building. It arrived one person at a time, on personal accounts, with nobody keeping a record, and the work it produces is only as good as whoever happened to be curious that week. The first honest audit usually finds four people doing the same task four different ways.
This course walks a manager through the whole sequence: reading where your teams actually are, picking the handful of tasks worth standardising, choosing tooling your security people will sign off, writing the prompt templates the team shares, setting an acceptable use policy that fits in one page, and measuring whether any of it changed the work. You leave with a workflow document, a policy draft and a rollout plan for your own department.
Department managers: carrying a team that already uses AI quietly and a board that wants to know how.
Operations and HR leads: asked to write the policy and given no template to start from.
Internal project owners: running the adoption project alongside a full workload.
This course is part of the academy's invite-only offering.
